Ag Boula, Ghissa
   Tuareg leader of the Front de Libération de l'Aïr et de l'Azawad (FLAA), one of many armed groups against rule by Niamey in Niger in the early 1990s. He was also vice president of the Coordination de la Résistance Armée. In September 1992, he was captured in southern Algeria and was later released.
