Chaafi, Liman

   A Libyan Tuareg rebel and leader of the Front Populaire pour la Libération du Niger (FLPA), based in Libya, which launched the first armed attack against Tchin Tabaraden in 1982. He was also involved in the 1976 and 1983 coup attempts on President Seyni Kountche in Niger.
