- Baidhaq Al-, Abu Bakr ibn Ali Al Snahaji
- (12th century)He was the chronicler of the Almohad period and one of the devoted followers of the Mahdi Ibn Tumart and his successor, `Abd al Mu'min. At the Almohad court, he documented the events of the day.
