Alkassoum, Al Bayhaki

   Tuareg of the Kel Aghlal and Islamic scholar. A former director of the madrasa in Say and head of the first Arab-French high school in Niger. He has been secretary-general of the Association Islamique du Niger since its establishment in 1974. He also held the directorship of Arabic education in the Ministry of Education.
