Isherifen

Isherifen
(singular Isherif)
   They are also known as Shorfa.
   This religious group should not be confused with the Ineslemen, although the two terms are used almost synonymously in North African literature. The Isherifen claim direct descent from the Prophet, or ahl al-bayt.
